You can also access vehicle diagnostics, anti-theft alerts, and after-sales service. If your battery is removed or your moped is moved, bumped, or knocked over, you'll recieve an instant noticiation on your app.

Electric

The removable 48V Lithium Battery allows you to charge your vehicle any time you have access to a power outlet. Plus, our electronic braking system recycles up to 6% of the energy generated after braking back into the battery pack, which effectively extends your cruising range which means more time on the road.


Safe

NIU vehicles use a 360° lighting system for your safety. Our daytime running light, LED headlight, 270° semi-enveloped taillight and auto-indicators give you maximum visibility when riding. Our front and rear hydraulic disc brakes engage instantly to significantly reduce the scooter’s braking distance.

What products do you offer?
NIU Honolulu has a variety of different electric mopeds, motor scooters, kick scooters, and ebikes.
What is the Electric Bicycle and Electric Moped Rebate Program?
The State of Hawaii has proposed ACT 306, 2022 in an effort to reduce the cost of transportation and the collective carbon footprint of everyone in the islands, by providing rebates for the purchase and use of electric bicycles and electric mopeds. Each eligible purchase of a new electric bicycle or new electric moped shall receive a rebate of either 20% of the retail cost or $500, whichever is lower. To be eligible, Hawaiʻi residents must be meet at least ONE of the following requirements: 1) Be a current student 2) Does not have a traditional four-wheeled vehicle registered with the state OR 3) Low income (please check income requirements with the State)
Does NIU Honolulu offer a warranty?
Every new NIU electric scooter comes with a two year unlimited mileage warranty.

Niu Care gives you one-stop service and support from Niu Scooter experts, because we exclusively sell NIU products most issues can be resolved in a single visit. Enjoy $15 flat rate services and never pay more for brakes, tires, and routine inspections. You'll also receive complimentary details and touch ups. Plus, unlimited battery swaps! Simply swing by our flagship store during business hours and we'll exchange your low battery for a fully charged one.
How much does shipping cost?
We’re proud to offer free shipping anywhere on Oʻahu and neighbor-island delivery to all available ports.
Do you offer accept exchanges or returns?
We know this is a big purchase for you and we want you to feel 100% comfortable with your decision. We sincerely believe that you will not regret buying any products from us, but in the unlikely chance that you do we’ve outlined our available exchange & return policies below:

        Vehicles must be returned within three days and in original condition to qualify for any possible exchange & refund.
        All exchanges & returns must be completed at our shop.
        Any vehicles delivered will be assessed a $100 dollar delivery fee at the time of return.
        The vehicle must be in original resalable condition, and have no more than 25 new miles to receive a full refund or exchange credit.
        Vehicles in original resalable condition with greater than 25 miles, but less than 100 miles, will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.
        All accessory installations will incur a 10% restocking fee regardless of mileage while engine modifications will void any available refund or exchange credit
        All regularly inventoried parts and accessories must be returned within three days, be in original resalable condition and will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.
        Special order items do not qualify for any refunds or exchange credits.
